摘要
The author investigated the relationship between career recognition, organizational citizenship behavior and job burnout of employees of enterprises. Questionnaires on 232 employees revealed that: the career recognition of enterprise employees included emotional recognition, continuous recognition and standard recognition. The career recognition of employees differed by age, title and educational level. Career recognition and organizational citizenship behavior had effects on job burnout of employees.
