摘要
Failure modes and effect analysis (FMEA), as the earliest systematic procedure for the analysis of a system, is often used as a precaution against potential failures and is used to systematically analysis assuming that component failures on the result of system operation and recognition. The main purposes of FMEA are to find and evaluate the potential failures that the product design process may cause and try to reduce the potential failures. As a precaution method, FMEA is hardly employed in failure analysis which is carried out after the failures take place. In this paper, the ideas and methods of FMEA are introduced into the analysis of accidental malfunction.
