摘要
We propose a stochastic dynamical model to study the dynamical mechanism of the negative feedback loop composed of p53 and Mdm2 proteins that are regulated by p14/19ARF The different stochastic oscillatory behaviors of p53 and Mdm2 proteins that are regulated by p14/19ARF in individual cells are described in our stochastic dynamical model. The results help us build a basal network to reflect the stochastic oscillatory behaviors between p53, Mdm2 and p14/19ARF The stochastic dynamical model of p53-Mdm2 feedback loop that is regulated by p14/19ARF and its numerical results will help us understand the stochastic oscillatory behavior of p53, Mdm2 and p14/19ARF more deeply and rationally. It will also help us study the stochastic relations among the network of different proteins, and study how the stochastic factor influences the feedback loop.
