摘要：
Scientists consistently rank ease of use among the most important factors influencing purchasing decisions. Instruments that are easy to use require less training and, generally, fewer operator errors are encountered. Both factors lead to greater productivity. Achieving ease of use comes from involving end-users early in the instrument design process.
