摘要
Several surfactants and solvents were evaluated for the extraction of cephalosporin C acylase from Aeromonas ACY 95. Treatment of the cells with acetone (0.5% v/v) allowed 85% recovery of cephalosporin C acylase with only 10% penicillin V acylase. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
