摘要
Intramolecular C-H bond activation via 1,4-palladium migration has become a synthetic tool to enable remote functionalization of C-H bonds. In this work, we report a Pd-catalyzed remote alkenylation with unactivated alkenyl alcohols involving a 1,4-palladium migration step. This method provides a regioselective access to synthesize substituted unsaturated alcohols in a single operational step.
