Research on the Talent-training Paradigm of Undergraduate from the Humanistic Background

In this paper, we conduct research on the talent-training paradigm of undergraduate from the humanistic background. Persisted the prominent characteristic, the connotation type development, the whole promotion specialized construction quality, trains the application innovation high-level professional personnel. Applied talents for academic talents for the theoretical circle usually engaged in scientific research personnel to reveal the objective law of development of things called academic talents, and scientific principle applied to social practice and into a product for the application personnel staff said. With higher education development, the people more and more realized to quality is the school lifeline that is the university's foundation of and the development base of the vertical school. We integrate the literature review to propose the new understanding of the issue that will be meaningful.
