Study on safety-typed transportation construction professional talent-training mode

摘要：
For the implementation of the Ministry of education of China on "Excellence Engineer talent training project" spirit and the training target of safety-typed transportation construction professional talents in Shanghai Institute of Technology, talent training scheme revised 2012 edition was modified as the background. According to the analysis of the situation in the current transportation construction industry development and the talent market demand, combined with the training experience and professional achievements, the professional orientation with safety science concept was presented, the talents training "3 +1" mode was implemented as the main form of Excellence Engineer cultivation mode, and the teaching system including theory course system and practice course system were studied and reformed in this paper, it presents a reference of safety-typed transportation construction professional talents training mode for similar colleges in China.
