Talents cultivation, research and social service are three functions of colleges and universities. The talent training is the basic functions of colleges and universities, is the sign of different from other research institutes. Teaching is the first task the newly built undergraduate colleges, and the importance of talent training is especially highlight. The newly built undergraduate colleges should combining researching with the talents cultivating. By laying solid foundation of scientific research, promote the quality and the level of talent training.
