摘要：

As a new approach of government investment projects in China, the agent-construction system resolved problems such as low efficiency, corruption and other issues effectively to some degree in public projects. However, it has been formed a coexistent aspect of different agent-construction system models in China as a result of the approach is immature and still in its early stage, in addition to different awareness of local governments. This article makes a research on the governance structure as well as the mechanism of different agent-construction system models based on the perspective of project management, with a view to improve the efficiency of government investment under different agent-construction system models.
