摘要
The implementation of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) as language and structure of the rehabilitation process is postulated by the World Health Organization (WHO). Professional organizations as the German Federal Association for Rehabilitation (BAR) and rehabilitation providers demand recurrent multiprofessional team conferences during goal-orientated rehabilitation as a basic structuring element. Our communication model provides a structure for the requested communicational process in work-related musculo-skeletal rehabilitation based on ICF including interactions between the different elements of the underlying bio-psycho-social model. The use of this structured communication contributes to integrate the ICF in the rehabilitation process and to enable the rehabilitation team to achieve the quality standards. It may rise efficacy of rehabilitation process and satisfaction in work of the team members.
