摘要
Musculoskeletal affections ore closely connected with workers' compensation. A sample of 226 inpatients of a psychosomatic rehabilitation centre was investigated for their demand of worker's compensation. The therapeutic outcome was measured in a three-year follow-up. We administered a psychoanalytical based questionnaire for character traits, neurotic symptoms and binding capacity (PSKB). Results: The hidden demand for workers compensation is unexpectedly frequent and does not appear at the level of personal interaction between patient and medical expert as though the therapeutic outcome is crucially deteriorated. Chronification and demand for workers' compensation seem to display along steady patterns. neurotic symptoms, relational disturbances and narcissistic retreat.
