摘要
Bright Guest-Host LC (Liquid Crystal) cell technology and high contrast-ratio single-polarizer TN (Twisted-Nematic) LC cell technology have been developed for legible color reflective TFT-LCDs (Thin-Film-Transistor Liquid Crystal Displays). For low power driving of reflective TFT-LCDs, low power data-line driver-circuits have also been developed, and a 240-output test-LSI has satisfactorily been fabricated. Prototype TFT-LCDs of an 11.3-inch UXGA panel and a 4-inch 160 x 234 color-pixel panel were shown.
