摘要：
In order to improve the effect of English teaching, we put forward an English teaching and management method called Lean Teaching (LT). This method is proposed based on the lean management, we introduce the score value in our class. Firstly we introduce the lean teaching in what, how and why aspects. Then we introduce it in listening, speaking, reading and writing in detail. At last we introduce the practice in our class as the examples for the lean teaching.
