The Relationship between Investment Flows and Chinese Economic Growth

摘要：
Chinese economic growth is generally engined by fixed asset investment. However, there were few researches on the relationship between the investment flows and GDP growth rate. Using Granger cause test and least square regression model, we have found that Chinese investment flows to service sectors and construction sectors are Granger causes to GDP growth; and that investment flows to service sectors will engine more growth rate than that of construction.
