摘要：
From a bibliographical revision it is tried to establish, in the first place, the existing positive relation between the transport infrastructure investment and the economic growth and; secondly, to present the methods that have been used to model this relation. It is worth the trouble to mention the controversial complex and that can be the efforts in this direction.
