摘要
Three new 2-(2-phenylethyl)chromone derivatives (1-3) were obtained from the artificial holing agarwood originating from Aquilaria sinensis. Their structures were unambiguously deduced by detailed spectroscopic analysis and the absolute configurations were determined by ECD calculations. Compounds 1-3 displayed acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activity with the inhibition ratios in the range of 30% 45% at a concentration of 50 mu g/ml.
