摘要
The effects of basic medium and plant growth regulators were evaluated on induction and proliferation of callus, using young leaves as explants isolated from a triploid loquat tree. The medium MS + 0.5 mg/L BA + 0.5 mg/L 2,4-D gave the highest callus induction rate (87.4%). Suitable callus proliferation medium was MS + 0.5 mg/L BA + 0.25 mg/L 2,4-D, with calluses proliferated at a multiplication coefficient of 4.1.
