摘要
The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of explant and genotype on callus induction and proliferation in six cultivars of Rosa floribunda: 'Alain', 'Barbecue', 'Cyclamene', 'Dacapo', 'Lili Marlene' and 'Toprose'. Explants were initially cultured on MS medium with BA, NAA, and 2,4-D to produce callus, and subcultured on a medium with BA, NAA, GA(3). Three types of explants (basal parts of leaves (leafstalks), petals, and bases of axillary buds) were used for callus induction. The highest frequency of callus induction (70%) was obtained in cultivar 'Dacapo', using bases of buds as explants. The best growth of callus (induced from petals) was in cultivar 'Lili Marlene'. The results indicated, that the colour and consistence of callus depended on both the genotypes and origin of explant.
