摘要
Organizational justice has unique effect on job satisfaction, but few empirical researches have been conducted on in local government of China. We explore the actualities about the perceived fairness and job satisfaction of the employees working in government. It was found that distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice were positively correlated to job satisfaction. And interactional justice was found to be an important variable which had more significant effect on job satisfaction, than distributive and procedural justice.
