摘要：
The purpose to establish group and carry out big-group strategy for China's coal enterprises is to promote the priority of group, improve the structure of capital, industry and enterprises' organization, promote the reasonable distribution of resources and the improvement of technology, improve the whole benefits of enterprises and coal industry, enhance enterprises' competitive ability and improve the efficiency of macro control of State. This article includes the following issues: principles of establishing coal enterprises group; objects and schemes of establishing and developing enterprises group in coal industry; further consummating policies, promoting the development of enterprises' group healthily.
