摘要：
This paper introduces the latest ideas on the development of contemporary corporations - virtualization operation and formulates how corporations to utilize strategic alliance to implement virtual operation in the fiercely competitive market. Accordingly, through integrating the inside and outside diversified resources of corporation and exerting the core competitive advantages, corporations can realize its long-term, rapid and stable development.
