The research on the pattern of knowledge harmony management based on enterprises strategic alliance(ID: J-026)

With the rapid development of economic globalization and science & technology, the enterprises are facing various complicated changes, which make the strategic adjustments of the enterprise competition relationship. Meanwhile, the enterprises begin to have the large-scale cooperation competition instead of the opposite competition, and one of the major cooperation competition forms is the building of the enterprise strategic alliance. Basing on the definition and characteristic analysis on the enterprises alliance knowledge connotation, and using the theory and methods in harmony management theories, this paper identifies the harmonious theme of the enterprise alliance knowledge management' as the knowledge creation and sharing. Through the rule of the uncertainty reduction and optimization design and based on the analysis of "He rules" and " Xie rules" system, this paper has established the enterprise alliance knowledge harmony management modes.
