摘要
Knowledge becomes the key element to knowledge economy development, which decides knowledge creation and knowledge innovation to be the magistral models. And knowledge management flourishes. Facing so much opportunities and challenges, tourism enterprise should utilize knowledge management as a weapon to develop itself.
