摘要
Tourism is a fastest growing and most dynamic industry. Knowledge and technology play an important role in its further development, therefore, the application of knowledge management in tourism enterprises clearly become a necessity. This paper analyzed such necessities, set up a management model closely according to the characteristics of knowledge management in tourism enterprises, and explained internal supporting mechanisms in accordance with internal environment including software and hardware, providing references for tourism enterprises to change their development strategy.
