摘要：
Case teaching is an effective teaching method to enhance the practical competency and quality for undergraduates. It is pretty important to effectually cultivate the professional practice ability of the students majoring in human resources management. This paper will verify the importance and effectiveness of case teaching by introducing a teaching practice of using case study in compensation management for undergraduates.
