摘要
The mechanical properties, defounation and buckling of chromium-nickel-stainless steel materials under compression were perfouned. Impact of different geometric shapes, defects and sizes on the mechanical properties of chromium-nickel-stainless steel samples were studied by utilizing the finite element method. The loading force of vertical direction decreased with an increase of the strain of stainless steel column at different sizes. The critical strength of samples with cone, square pillar and column were approximately 3.4, 1.1, 0.5 MPa, respectively. The results indicate that the geometric indent defects induced the buckling location due to the stress concentration. In addition, the slenderness ratio of the samples was also presented.
