摘要
With China's rapid industrialization and urbanization, promoting economic and social development, but also brings some problems. Intensive land utilization played an important role to improve this process. From the perspective of comparative advantage, take the Tianjin Binhai new area as an example, take the literature study, empirical research method, using the comparative advantage in urban land usage is a dynamic system of engineering and the planning and its applications in Binhai new area is feasible. From the logic of comparative advantage, the Binhai new area of land usage has dynamic, good location, land capital, human resources and efficient management features, policy of Binhai new area also has positive guidance. The Binhai new area intensive land utilization shall first establish a land evaluation index, then gradually perfecting government guidance, the market for reasonable allocation of land, and finally caught the principle of using differential system defect, the principle on different regional land tax, completing land reserve system.
