摘要
The exploitation and utilization of Urban Underground Space (UUS) is a necessary trend of urban comprehensive and sustainable development. Based on the view of resources, this thesis firstly analyzes the sustainability of UUS development. Then considering the stability of hydro geological structure, environmental adaptability, intensivism of resources use and inevitability of economic planning in Tianjin Binhai New Area (TBNA), the sustainability of UUS exploitation in this area is discussed. Finally, through one case about UUS exploitation in the Central Business District (CBD) of Tianjin Economic-technological Development Area (TEDA), some practical ways for sustainable exploitation of UUS in TBNA are proposed.
