摘要
A method for isotope analysis of solid materials with an abundance ratio of the main isotope higher than 95% using an "EMAL-2" laser mass spectrometer is described. The method is based on the use of a dry concentrate obtained from a solution of the analyte and an internal isotope standard on a high-purity metal substrate. The concentration of the main isotope is determined by subtracting the total of the other isotopic species determined with a detection limit of n x 10(-6) wt.%. The accuracy of analysis is within 0.1 - 0.02%. The method makes it possible to analyze materials for 72 elements present in trace amounts.
