Angular and energy distribution of ions emitted from a solid surface under laser mass-spectrometric analysis

摘要
The distribution of ions of tungsten and aluminum by angular and initial energy parameters at laser plasma spreading into a vacuum is studied in the present paper. It is shown that the angular distribution is isotropic at a density of the laser emission flux of 10(8)W/cm(2); an increase of the latter leads to the maxima appearance. The energy distribution at the determined angles exhibits a difference in the experimental and theoretical results caused by the additional acceleration of ions by two mechanisms.
