摘要
In this paper, the influence of spatial coherence on the Goos-Hanchen ( GH) shift at total internal reflection is theoretically investigated. Based on the theory of partial coherence, a general integral expression of the cross- spectral density is derived for a partially coherent beam reflected from an interface. Using numerical simulation, we find that the GH shift of the reflected beam greatly depends on the spatial coherence, and the GH shift is greatly reduced with a decrease in spatial coherence.
