摘要
Hall effect and magnetoresistivity measured in magnetic fields up to B = 9 T (B parallel to c, J parallel to ab) in electron-doped Nd2-xCexCuO4+delta single crystal films with x = 0.14; 0.15 and different oxygen content (6) were studied in a temperature range of 0.4-40 K. It was found that for the optimally doped Nd2-xCexCuO4+delta (x = 0.15) the heat treatment (annealing) under various conditions leads to the decrease of the disorder parameter, charge carriers delocalization and considerable increase of the mean free path. On the other hand, charge carriers concentration and mean free path were practically independent on the heat treatment conditions for underdoped compounds (x = 0.14). (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V.
