摘要
In this paper, fundamental issues of networked control systems are investigated. The communication constraints are modeled as quantization and bit-rate limited channel. Observability and controllability of such system are introduced. Sufficient conditions for such system to be observable and controllable are provided. Lower bound on data rate of the channel that guaranteeing observability and controllability are deduced.
