摘要：
In the title salt, [RuCl(C10H14)(C20H16N4)] PF6 center dot CH3CN, the coordination of one pyridyl ring and of one N atom of the quinoxaline unit to ruthenium imposes considerable distortion on the 6,7-dimethyl-2,3-dipyridin-2-ylquinoxaline ligand. Indeed, the pyridyl ring and the plane of the quinoxaline unit become almost coplanar.
