A Study on the Ideological and Political Education for the Post-90s College Students

As the main force of contemporary college students, the post-90s college students are concerned by the community, therefore, strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students is an extremely urgent and important task. Based on the author's teaching experience, this paper first analyzed the background of the post-90s college students' growth, then discussed the post-90s college students' ideological status and characteristics, finally put forward the Ideological and Political Education strategies for the post-90s college students, namely: Enriching the content of Ideological and Political Education, establishing the correct ideals and beliefs; Strengthening the value of education, actively cultivating and practicing the core values of Marxism; Paying attention to the recessive education function to realize the diversification of the Ideological and Political Education; Taking ideological and political theory courses as the main channel to integrate the Ideological and Political Education into all teaching.
