(Chemical Equation Presented) Wide scope: A catalyst system able to efficiently perform the title reaction is described (see scheme). The high level of activity achieved allows for the synthesis of highly functionalized compounds with a wide variety of substitution patterns under very mild conditions. © 2007 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
