摘要：
We describe the general framework of intersecting brane worlds on orientifolds of K3 and Calabi-Yau threefolds. These models contain D-branes wrapping middle class homology cycles of the underlying manifold and give rise to chiral fields localized at the intersection points between two such cycles.
