摘要
With the establishment and development of the real estate industry within the market system, brokerage services play an increasingly important role. In recent times, three main problems have constrained the growth of the real estate brokerage industry: the lack of qualifications on the part of the brokers, the incomplete state of the credit system, and the poor overall level of service. In order to improve the level of real estate brokerage services and promote smooth operation of real estate brokerage, the authors have carried out field surveys in the form of questionnaires on Beijing consumers' satisfaction about the service they have received from real estate brokers. Using qualitative analysis method and quantitative analysis method, this paper analyzes the reasons for influence satisfaction including the incomplete legal system, unclear administrative responsibility, broad entrance to the real estate brokerage industry and imperfect supervision system. Finally, this paper puts forward some countermeasures including completion of the relevant laws and regulations, strengthening of the credit administration, strengthening of the information administration, defining the duties of different departments.
