摘要：

With the real estate market booming of Beijing during recent years, the amount of land for real estate development has increased greatly. To forecast the amount, structure and distribution of land for real estate development is useful for real estate market development. Using ARMA model and grey forecast model etc, based on the data from 1997 to 2004, the paper forecasts the amount, structure and distribution of land for real estate development, gives some suggestion on the way to increase the efficiency of development of land and the layout of the land for real estate development.
