Research on the Evaluation of Intensive Land Using In Harbin Economic and Technological Development Zone

Intensive saving land using is an important measure to build a conservation-minded society. It is also a focus point to deal with the relationship among economic development, resource utilization and environmental protection. Intensive saving land using of economic development zone is an important part of intensive saving land using. On the basis of analysis land using structure, this paper uses data investigation and analysis method, estimates spatial distribution of land using and land-effectiveness of economic output. Besides, this paper analyses the situation of intensive saving land using in Harbin economic and technology development zone. Using Delphi forecast method, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation about the intensive land using in Harbin economic and technology development zone, and then proposes targeted measures with a sustainable development view to further improve the intensive saving land use of economic development zone.
