摘要
Currently, many regions in China are still underdeveloped, like most regions in the central and western parts, even a part of the east. The economies in these regions are not flourishing. This paper uses methods of comparison, analysis and innovation. Firstly, it tries to analyze the condition of the E-govermnent construction in China's backward regions from many aspects. Secondly, it puts forward some strategies on funds source, cutting-in points and talents cultivation for the E-government construction in China's backward regions. In all, to develop E-government in China's backward regions, it must find a way to develop fairly rapidly with backward regions characteristics.
