Study on Safety Culture Assessment of Construction Enterprise Based on Gray Relation Analysis

This paper analyzes the incentive of China's construction safety production, and points out that the human factors is the major factor and the culture brings human factors. On the base of definite safety culture and its expression the paper establishes index system. In allusion to the gray characteristic of safety culture the gray relation model is established to evaluate the safety culture of construction enterprise. The model can solve the gray characteristic of safety culture effectively and forecast the trends of safety production, which provides the specific object, direction and guide to action for build of safety culture of construction enterprise.
