摘要
During the 21st century, China's accession to the WTO, information technology bring us to the era of cultural industry. The network culture is an entirely new state culture on the basis of cyber technology; it is reported more than half the word garment enterprises have received beneficial from the internet Intranet Extranet more and more. It can improve enterprise's core competitiveness, enhance international communication and cooperation, as well as enlarge popularity. It can be responsible for the fulfillment of the monthly and yearly sales tasks as well as the gross profit, I think Cyber culture play an more important roles. With the complete and spread the intemet colure spread more and more garment enterprise will have good future in a few years.
