摘要：

With the expansion of the rural migrant works, the issue of rural migrant workers' employment and employability has caused the attention of scholars. The domestic research on employability stayed in the introduction to basic concept and basic standpoints of foreign research, lacking empirical research and theoretical innovation. Therefore, to define the employability of the rural migrant works, to find out the influence factor and to explore the measuring tool is very necessary.
