Research on enterprise culture construction based on culture capital operation

Today world economy is entering information society, the importance of physical capital is reducing, and culture capital becomes central competition power in 21st century. This article adopts the concept of Culture Capital Operation (CCO), make Enterprise Culture Construction (ECC) improve to a strategically status and rich it. My article analyses and studies Chinese ECC problems in detail and requirement for 21st century economy- culture integration and find out the basic reason for insufficient efforts of Chinese ECC, namely not practicing Chinese ECC at the strategically hierarchy of CCO. This article finally it also points out to establish the idea of CCO, and builds basic counter-measures.
