摘要：
In recent years, the Project Management Maturity Model (PMMM.) has been given greater attention in the field of project management by academics. However, the basic features in project management for the construction industry have virtually little PMMM application. Based on the basic principle of PMMM process and the general rules of the project, application raised CPM3's thinking, the Project Management Maturity Model (CPM3) is constructed; CPM3's five levels of maturity structure and its relevant structure are established. The basic channels of evaluating and improving are put forward.
