摘要：
In the global low-carbon era, China is facing international pressure and domestic situation of scarce resources and the environment, urban planning and construction must take the low-carbon road. This paper analyzes the domestic and international low-carbon and low carbon city planning in theory and practice of progress, combined with analysis of the actual situation of Tianjin, this thesis proposed the strategy of low-carbon city construction and Preliminary discussed it.
