摘要
This paper presents the participatory approach for scheduling of Active Distribution Network with Distributed Generations and Electric Vehicles. An economic operational schedule for active distribution network is strategically developed without violating any of the DG constraints, network constraints and EV constraints using PSO-TVAC. The scheduling of ADN with EVs and DGs participation is very important from smart grid implementation perspective. A suggested method is simulated in modified IEEE 69-bus system with fixed locations of DGs and predetermined network topology which is assumed to be optimal for whole day. The DGs, MT, FC and PV are connected to the distribution network at fixed locations preserving their dispatchable nature. While simulating the proposed method in the network two different cases are assumed. In first case, when the upstream grid is unidirectional towards downstream and benefit for both DSO and EV is less as compared to the second case, when upstream grid is bidirectional.
