摘要
The molecular connectivity index was proved to be one of the most successful and widely used indexes. In this study, we have applied this concept to the analysis of the anti-HIV-1 potencies of TIBO reverse transcriptase inhibitors. Their activities are expressed in terms of certain statistical Oerties of their molecular connectivity index. The results provide insight into some of the factors that promote inhibition.
